One of the highlights is the Great Mayan Reef with is the largest coral reef in the Western Hemisphere. The region is a fascinating destination with tropical beaches, ancient ruins, jungle with abundant marine and wildlife, and the mystery of interesting folklore and culture. The Mayan culture is still alive and thriving in this part of Mexico. All over the area are small towns and pueblos for you to visit.
